About Rustic Pines Retreat

 The place was extremely cute! Even better than in pictures. It had everything you might need (full kitchen and bathrooms, multiple coffee makers, and really anything else you could think of. The host was very easy to communicate with and kind. 

 This cabin was exactly what me and my family needed for our yearly reset. The space is perfect for you to have a nice quiet time with your family. Everything was clean and in excellent conditions. The photos do not do justice to how amazing this house is and feels while you’re staying at it. The cabin is truly equipped with everything you may need for your stay and the hosts are amazing at helping out if you are in need of anything. Definitely the best airbnb I’ve stayed at 🥰 

 Our family had an incredible experience at the Rustic Pines Retreat. The moment we pulled up and saw the beautiful barndo we were in awe. The inside just wowed us even more when we walked in, it was absolutely stunning! We were there for Christmas eve through the 27th and the owners definitely made us feel so special and taken care of. The home was decorated beautifully and stocked up well with everything we needed from coffee to towels, self care products...you name it. We were able to cook Christmas dinner with ease thanks to the kitchen having everything down to a crock pot. The beds were extremely comfortable, haven't slept that well in a while! The fire pit outside was perfect for our family of 6 with enough seating and plenty of fire wood ready to roll! We were spoiled at Rustic Pines and seriously can't wait to visit again! 

 Elaine’s place was Amazing. We felt at home while we were here and did not want to leave. Elaine provided snacks, a fully stocked coffee bar, charcoal for the grill, makeup wipes, washing pods, iPhone chargers, a dog bed and bowls and so much more. The kitchen was fully stocked. I was blown away by this! The beds are so comfortable. The fire pit was probably our favorite place. We will definitely be back!! 

 The house is so nice! It’s exactly as pictured. Very clean, great amenities! Elaine is super kind and accommodating. Will definitely rent this house again. 

 What a amazing place! Perfect in every aspect! Elaine is an amazing host. Friendly helpful and accommodating! Let us check in early and checkout late since no one was coming in behind us. If there were only 10 stars!!!! We will be back! 

 Nice farmhouse in a quiet environment We spend a good family memory in Elaine’s house ! Everything inside was perfect ! 

 This was an amazing AIRBNB and the host were even better. Great communication and a super fast response. The house exceeded our expectations. We will definitely book again! 

 Stopped over for the weekend. The property was peaceful and the house was well decorated. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Would recommend to anyone searching. 

 Beautiful location and stay. Hosts are very communicative and friendly. Easily the best experience I have had with any Airbnb. 

 One of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed in! What a cool place! The property is beautiful and very unique. The best part of it all is the amazing host Elaine. She has thought of everything you would need at your home away from home. We will make this a regular stop. Highly recommend!!!! 

 I'm a relatively frequent AirBNBer and this was my second visit to the barndo in a few months due to visits with family in the area. I highly recommend both the hosts and the property. Our first stay was great, but seeing that they had taken our feedback to heart (adding a small night light to the top of the black staircase, to make it easier to see at night) and acted on it, was a reflection of a great host. Our second stay was great too. I got a text as we landed that the property was ready for us early if we wanted to check in, which saved us a couple of hours of wandering (Obviously though, that's pending availability). The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean, as was the seating. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed during our visit. If you're looking for a great short-term rental property in middle Georgia and you don't mind being a bit removed from the city (though right on GA224), I could not recommend this rental more. 

 10/10 perfection 

 Simply put, the BEST AirBnB experience I’ve ever had…. and I’m a Superhost!! This Montezuma, GA ….Pine Grove property is a spectacular space that should be registered as one of AirBnBs “Featured Listings”. Walkable trails, a pond, gazebo, fire pit, barbecue grill, backyard games, and bespoke finishing touches in the living spaces, .… an absolutely gorgeous private wilderness retreat which everyone in my group agreed felt like staying at an HGTV Lottery Dream Home! Bravo Elaine :-) 

 This year was our second week long stay at Rustic Pines. It’s perfect! I would just live there if I could. The decor and attention to detail is amazing! 

 Elaine was an amazing host. I was in town to visit family and decided to get an Airbnb over a hotel. I am so glad we did. When you first pull up you notice the beautiful trees surrounding the barndo. It felt like something out of a movie. It was nice to sit outside on the front porch in the morning and night. It’s a very quiet and secluded area. A great place to clear your mind. Inside is absolutely gorgeous! Plenty of space for my family and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The bathrooms were equipped with robes and plenty of toiletries for our stay. The kitchen was immaculate. The pictures don’t really do the property justice. I’m definitely booking here whenever I have to come back in town! 

 We stayed at this Air BnB for our wedding and it was a dream. It is more beautiful than the pictures, Elaine was so helpful, it’s private and there are lawn games, a stocked kitchen, and all the amenities. Check in was easy, check out was easy, highly recommend! 

 A Hidden Gem ... stay here surround yourself with nature lots of trees and wildlife ... the most responsive and cordial Hosts... clean house beautifully decorated inside and out ...a perfect relaxing stay in the country...will absolutely stay here again! Thanks Again, Jeff and Stacey 

 We always enjoy our stay! The barndo is so beautiful and peaceful. If you forget anything, Elaine is always a text away. We will be back!! 

 The Barndo exceeded our expectations. It was even more beautiful in person. The attention to detail, the pristine conditions, and the beautiful decor made the stay luxurious and comfortable. The outside kitchen/television area was the perfect place for my family to enjoy the UGA game and ring in the New Year! The swing on the front porch was the perfect place to drink our morning coffee while enjoying a fire in the fire pit. The outdoor views were peaceful and breathtaking. We were in town for a busy weekend at our daughter's wedding, so my husband and I are anxious to come back and have a relaxing weekend without having to leave this Airbnb. The Barndo is truly a vacation in itself! Of all the Airbnbs we have been to, the Barndo tops them all! 

 What a magical place! Such a unique property and perfect for a peaceful escape. Elaine thought of every detail - down to the holiday decorations, sparkling outdoor lights and a personal welcome message on the entry chalkboard. The barndo is impeccably decorated, squeaky clean, and the custom woodwork from the host family is beautiful and impressive. We stayed with our 2 young kids and they had a blast running and exploring outdoors, sitting around by the fire all day long and making the quick drive into town to check out the local restaurants for meals. My only recommendation would be to bring a sound machine if you’re a light sleeper- the rumble of the trucks can be loud throughout the night on the road behind the barn. Even with that I still give this amazing place 5 stars!

 I would say the photos don’t do this place justice. I often travel to AirBNBs with my gf and one thing we’ve really enjoyed are the places that are unique and creative where you can tell the hosts put a lot of effort into creating the AirBNB. This is one of those places. Matt and Elaine have clearly put in the work to make this place an enjoyable and memorable stay for guests. I remember thinking “how cool is this place” when I first arrived. It’s also private, cozy and clean. Everything was as described and we didn’t have any issues during our stay. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive to requests and messages. An A+ stay in Montezuma, Georgia. 

 Elaine was a fantastic host. The home was amazing. I felt right at home. I could not ask for a better Airbnb. 

 This is without a doubt my favorite Airbnb stay ever. The attention to detail was incredible and we had everything we needed for a relaxing escape with friends. From the thoughtful touches like a welcome note, snacks, coffee, tea, and awesome toiletries, they really outdid themselves. Between the fire pit, the grill/well equipped outdoor prep area, outside was just as nice as inside. Do yourself a favor and book this place whenever it’s available. You’ll be glad you did! 

 Loved all the small details and the peace and quiet. Firepit was amazing and it was great to sit and relax. 

 This house and property were amazing. Elaine and Matt were very accommodating. The girls Got a kick out of playing cornhole and the ring toss game. This house is a must stay. We are definitely going to be back. 

 The star gazing while listening to the sounds of the forest is amazing 

 Our stay was wonderful! Elaine and Matt have made the home extremely comfortable and beautiful. We had everything we needed. We loved the out door space. It was one of the best air bnb stays I’ve had! 

 Absolute magical perfection! I spent 20+ years and n the hospitality industry and I am a tad picky when it comes to places to stay. 20 stars would not be enough to describe stay. The barndo is beyond cute! It looks like you are staying in a place that should be featured in a magazine. Everywhere you look is beautiful. The host thought of everything you could want or need. My only regret is that we only stayed one night on our way to FL. You can bet that if we travel this way again, we will return. I will absolutely recommend this to everyone. We surprised my 3 teen sons with this stay. You should have seen their eyes when we pulled up to a barn! Then we saw 3 baby frogs in the outside of the kitchen window..so cute! In the morning, we were welcomed by the quacking of a duck outside and hummingbirds feeding in the porch. This place is beyond magical. 

 Rustic Pines is AMAZING! We stayed here for the week during the National Junior High Rodeo Finals in Perry, GA. The barndo is beautifully decorated with so many special details! The owners have thought of everything to make the stay perfect! The homemade cinnamon rolls welcome gift was delicious! We hope to return next year! 

 This place was super nice and as described and honestly above and beyond what the pictures show. It is very nicely done and the owners added some great extras…right down to the waters in the fridge, amazing coffee bar, and scratch made cinnamon rolls! Would go back in a heart beat. 

 Beautiful location and a beautiful home. We loved every bit of detail inside and out of the barndo. We were just passing through the area but wish we could have spent more time in around the property. Owners were great and quick to respond! Highly recommend. 

 This was my first Airbnb and my family always tells me I'm terrible at picking places to stay, but it was my niece's wedding so I felt it was my responsibility. My wife and I and two twenty- something sons wanted a place to stretch out and be together, so a hotel would've meant two rooms and not really spending time together. So I booked Barndo and from the moment we arrived at midnight from Atlanta airport we fell in love with this home. They told me I have broken my streak of bad booking. It was modern and clean and the perfect size. We had family stop by for lunch the first day and they loved hanging there so much, they wanted to come back the next day. Elaine and Matt have literally thought of everything and more. Great hosts who have created a great experience. We will be back. 

 Beautiful, perfectly stocked, and overall great place to stay. We were so impressed with all the small touches that made our stay wonderful. Will definitely stay here again! 

 Even though we didn't spend much time here, we wanted to come back. This places is beautiful. Thank you for the nice, clean and relaxing place to stay.

 The "Barndo" is exceptionally well designed, surrounded by beautiful countryside and pines. It's relaxing and quiet, plus offers outside space for an evening meal outdoors or savoring wine and cheese by the fire pit. You will notice a great amount of attention to detail in the build as the craftsmanship is phenomenal. Everything from the comfortable beds, to the outdoor space, to the well decorated and thoughtful interior, makes the "Barndo" a wonderful place to visit. 

 Five star accommodations. Was the perfect overnight stop on our way to florida. Next time we will stay two nights to enjoy it more. Outdoor dining/bar space is awesome and kids really enjoyed the games. 

 Perfection! Spotless, beautifully designed, comfortable and cozy, fully stocked, and an amazing Host. Felt like home instantly. Very private location with lovely forested grounds to explore and an outdoor space as exciting as the indoor, with covered entertainment/ bbq area complete with games and plenty of seating for dining and enjoying the firepit. You will not be disappointed and we can't wait to come back. 5 Star+ 

 Great place to unwind, get away, and also family friendly. Very clean, has all the creature comforts, and newly renovated. You can unplug or stay plugged in. Lots of different small towns to explore but close enough to civilization you can get anything you need. The owners are very thoughtful and accommodating. The Barndo is a unique place to stay.

 Looking for a homey family getaway❤️Our first experience w an/Airb&b was with Elaine & Matt! It was fantastic! Fully stocked kitchen from spices to dishes, pans & every other item you’ll need. Flat screens, games galore & the coolest style & outside views. Having a hands on host like Elaine welcome you to a beautifully decorated place to stay, wooden handmade furniture, fire-pit, scrumptious cinnamon rolls personally delivered, matching pajamas & a lifetime of memories captured for our family! 

 This is by far the best air B and B I have ever stayed in. It was super clean, cozy and the attention to detail was incredible. Great place to rest and relax and unplugged yourself. Elaine went above and beyond helping with everything we needed. I definitely would love to return. 

 Our family stayed here beginning of Dec. As we were in the area for a wedding and what a great place to pull on and just relax and be refreshed. It is very clean and quiet with great bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas. Would highly recommend. Kitchen has everything you will need. 

 This space is the gold standard for Air BnB rentals! Elaine was quick with responses and check in was a breeze. Such thought and great detail went into this location and it really made for a comfortable stay! The “Barndo” is beautifully decorated (hello, HGTV) and the amenities are thoughtfully curated (plenty of towels, makeup remover wipes, first aid kit and more). The property itself is beautiful and serene (we saw deer grazing one morning) and the outside space is a beautiful reprieve from the daily hustle and bustle. I highly recommend booking a stay here! 

 This place is phenomenal. The hosts are fantastic - very responsive - and they have gone out of their way to think of everything: a coffee bar with the BEST beans, a special treat (cinnamon rolls), loads of comfy towels, games for a range of ages, a fire pit with split wood ready to go - just so thoughtfully put together. And the décor - I felt like I was stepping onto an HGTV set - so well done. I highly recommend the Barndo! 

  This is a charming, lovely home decorated like a super cool designer barn. Every little detail was thought of from coffee and tea to having plenty of plush towels. The loft style allows you to look down from the second floor to the first floor creating an amazingly spacious place. Matt and Elaine, the Hosts were wonderful and turned the lights on which was so wonderful being that we arrived late. The house was pristine clean and very comfortable. My father very much enjoyed the recliner so he could keep his legs up while watching TV. There was Dish TV and Netflix as well as plenty of games to play. Great place for family and friends. Wish we could have stayed longer. 

 Matt and Elaine made sure that our last minute getaway was super special. The place was simply amazing. My kids had a super fun time. We explored around, and saw nature, making marshmallows on the fire place was definitely worth doing, playing family games and doing barbecue was also great. My wife and I, enjoyed being away of the city and simply relax for a few days. 

 You can’t find a better gem by any means. Elaine was amazing and this space lacks nothing. Such a cool place with wonderful hosts. 

 11/10 stay! We had a lovely stay. Elaine was awesome and the place is very cozy and clean. Would definitely come back. 

 Very very nice home and great service and appliances. Very clean and just out standing over all. Will be coming again! 

 • If you want a getaway to just relax in and have a great time, this place is it. Me and my wife fell in love immediately. it is truly a home away from home. the outdoor game room was amazing. I want the ring toss game lol.
