A 30% non-refundable reservation retainer and signing of the contract is required to secure your date. Cancellations more than 14 days prior will forfeit the retainer only. Cancellations within 14 days of the event will forfeit all payments made, with the exception of the refundable security deposit. Rustic Pines Retreat reserves the right to terminate this agreement if the client violates any terms. Payments may be applied to a future available date at the discretion of Rustic Pines Retreat.
